COURSE CONTENT:
Students choosing this subject should have an interest in the Fitness Industry. Students will develop their knowledge, concepts and skills by participating in various fitness programs. Students will present information about and reflect on their participation in a fitness program, develop a fitness program for a group of students, and design a suitable fitness program for a group.

Students will be required to change into their PE uniform for practical lessons.
