Stage 1 Integrated Learning – Introduction to Hospitality
SACE CREDITS: 10 credits at stage 1 (one semester)

COURSE CONTENT:
This course is recognised preparation for further study in the hospitality industry including a range of occupations such as Kitchen Operations, Food Processing, Barista and Front of House. Students develop skills including safety and hygiene in the kitchen, working effectively with others, providing information and assistance and preparing dishes for customers.

COMPLETION OF THIS SUBJECT LEADS TO:
Certificate II Hospitality, Certificate II Commercial Cookery, Certificate II Food Processing or Stage 1 Food and Hospitality.
