COURSE CONTENT:
Ready to push your creativity and technical skills further? In Year 10 Advanced Technology, you will build on your foundation in design and technology by tackling more complex, real-world challenges.

This course will deepen your skills in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and technical drawing, encouraging you to innovate and experiment through advanced use of prototyping tools like 3D printers and laser engravers. With more independence, you’ll get to manage your projects from concept to completed prototype, using design thinking, systems thinking, and computational thinking to explore and solve authentic problems, just like real inventors and engineers.

ASSESSMENT:
Students are assessed based on the concepts, capabilities and dispositions of the South Australian curriculum.
