COURSE CONTENT:
In Technology, students embark on a rotational journey through metalwork and woodwork, exploring the art of shaping materials into functional objects. They also delve into Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software, creating intricate 3D models and virtual prototypes. Engaging in projects following the investigate, design, construct, and evaluate process, students investigate sustainable materials, design energy-efficient devices, and evaluate their effectiveness. Through these hands-on experiences, students develop critical thinking, creativity, problem-solving, and collaboration skills, fostering a lifelong passion for innovation in the dynamic world of technology.

Students are assessed based on the concepts, capabilities and dispositions of the South Australian curriculum.
